February 2022 Water Report

Learn more about the hydrological and meteorological happenings for the month of February! Winter Water Reports focus on snowpack, reservoir, and predicted temperature and precipitation data from across the Centennial Valley and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, February did not produce much moisture in the Centennial Valley. Any snow that came our way towards the end of the month did not have very much moisture content because of frigid temperatures. Our fingers are crossed for moisture-producing weather patterns in March!

The Montana Drought Task Force will be holding a March meeting on Wednesday, March 9th from 10 am-12 pm via Zoom. The agenda, with registration link, can be found here. If you missed any of the Winter Drought Resilience Webinar Series, they are available online for viewing! You can check them here: https://blackfootchallenge.org/winter-webinar-series/
